Fatal Blow

Fatal Blow was a R.A.C band from Workington, but another one Oi! band with the same name came from Cardiff. Their members played in 1982 for another Oi! band called Public Disorder and with them they released the demo tape 'Rough Justice' in 1983 included the songs: Rebel, Join the Army, Rough Justice, Who Cares, Apocalypse Now, D.O.S. The members was: Vocals-Roger, Born-bass, Courle-guitar, Ron-drums. These 10 songs came from their only gig together with Condemned 84 back in July of 1987. Nice sound and very good songs. If anyone have their demos (both Public Disorder and Fatal Blow), please contact. Here is also one interview of the band.

Novi Sad Vol.2 (1990)

Close Shave

The band start at Birmingham in 1986 under the line up: Rich - vocals, Paul (Dirk) - guitar, Neil (Lurch) - bass, Steve - drums. With this line up they make a few gigs and recorded some demo tracks and official the song 'The Law' for 'The Sound Of Oi!' compilation. Rich join the arny and replaced by Martin (Fluffy). They released their first lp in 1988 under the title 'Oi! Kinnock Give Us Back Our Rose' and in 1990 their second lp 'Hard As Nails'. Neil take the vocals duties when Martin leave the band and Sid from Section 5 came to bass. They released two 7'', 'Keep On Rockin' (1991) and 'Attack' (1993), songs for 'Last Chance' (1992) and 'British Oi! - Working Class Anthems' (1993) compilations and the third-last lp 'Lone Riders' in 1992. The band all these years played in many R.A.C and Oi! concerts and they call their selfs as British patriots and proud to be white. After Close Shave, Paul (Dirk) played for English Rose and Razors Edge, Sid to Section 5 again and also to Syper Yob and Steve to Section 5. Some rare recordings of the band here, mostly with their first vocalist, included a very good quality live and unreleased songs in general. I hope you have already in your collection their 3 great albums because...THESE WAS THE BANDS!

Intolleranza

Great and unique band from Italy, maybe more close to R.I.F bands. In 1987 Katanga (bass) ex-member of the band Scogliere Di Marmo, Stolz (guitar) and Testone (drums), members of DART (NR organization from Rome-Italy) formed Intolleranza. After a year, they released their demo recorded live on the studio. On 1989 they played on the 'Raduni Di Caorle' in Veneto and released a live demo from 'Tempo Di Lottare' gig. Also they published the second demo tape "Grezzi In Studio-Ignoranti Dal Vivo". They stop their activities in summer 1989. In 1990 Stolz release a tape entitled "Nuova Alba" under the name of Londinium and in 1993 he starts Londinium SPQR. In 1995 the band meet again to record their first cd "Tutti All'Inferno" and the same year they appeared on the compilation "Fuori Dal Ghetto". Also in 1995, Testone becomes member of 270 Bis and in 1996 Katanga stats with Sotto Fascia Semplice. Check out their only one full album 'Tutti All' inferno', i thing you can find it today in some labels. Great cd with professional sound and nice songs like the fantastic 'Come Il Vento'! Here i upload unreleased songs from their demos and their live tapes, songs no part in their cd. Once again brilliant and melodic songs like 'Assez Parle'!

B&H Hellas issues

The Glory

Patriotic band with a very close relationship and support to R.A.C bands, as they had played gigs together with bands like Skullhead, Violent Storm e.t.c. They start in the summer of 1986 under Englands Glory name but Morreno scum of Oi! Records and AIDS victim, dropped out 'Englands' in the Skins 'N' Punks Vol.3 split cd. Line up: Timo (ex Clockwork Soldiers) - vocals, John - bass, Mark (later Condemned 84 and Anti-Heros) - guitar and Jim - drums, but after came Nick (Hellene from Cyprus!!!) in the bass and Daz on drums. They had give also an interview for B&H Britain magazine in 1987. They had one lp 'We Are What We Are' and the split with The Magnificent.

Tolbiac's Toads

They start in the '80's and they stand as: Bruno-vocals, Vincent-guitar, Revel-bass and Pascal-drums. After some years they have some line up changes with Renald on guitar and Fred on bass. They had a strong friendship with the band Snix and they have released a split with them. I thing their vocalist he died. Full discography here ('Zera' ep of 1983, split, compilation and demo songs). One of the best bands in France!

Violent Storm

All we know about the tragic end of the band Violent Storm. 5 rare demo tracks before their album 'Celtic Warrior'. To the memory of our comrades Cassey, Brian, Darren and Jason who watch us now from Valhalla! R.I.P brothers!

United Skins

New site with biographies of English R.A.C bands from '80's till present days.

Betrayed

Oi! band from England with nationalist and anti-communist stance in their songs especially in their first demos. They had a demo in 1985, 'Forever England' demo in 1986 (brilliant!!!), 7 songs in a split lp of Oi! Records in 1986 with Oi Polloi, before their hippie-anarchy stance (later a second version of this lp appear together with The Strike) and some songs in compilations like in 'Oi! That's What I Call Music' in 1988. Here i post everything from the band. Also interview taken from British skinzine Short&Sharp Nr2, with very nice answers. Vince - Vocals, Mark - Bass, Terry - Drums, Steve - Guitar, Andy - Guitar, later vocals. Two of the band members later formed ska band Intensified.

Hail Fitzi-Fitzi!

With white arrow we can see clear the bad ugly nazi salute from a bad girl! With red arrow we can see the disappointment and nervous face of brother Micky Fitzi-Fitzi (Business)!

Skin Up

In 1984, after the very well know English Oi! band Antisocial split up, bassist Daz was more into R.A.C movement and create R.A.C band Skin Up. They exist only 18 months and they played some gigs. You can download their demo and one rehearsall in 1984 with very nationalist lyrics. The fotos of Daz come from Antisocial years who had friendly relationship with Ian Stuart as both come from Blackpool area.

British Born / Guttersnipe Army

They start in 1987 under the name British Born, wrote one demo and change their name. Their members was: George-bass, Bish-guitar, Ste-drums, Bevo-vocals and Kelly-guitar. Hard Oi! sound with nationalistic lyrics and maybe some more radical (like in the first song Never Die: Sieg heil! hail!). Link Records released their only one full lp called 'Never Die' in split cd together with the lp of The Glory. Two unreleased songs here, taken from their 1987 demo as British Born. The other tracks are low quality and first versions of 'Never Die' lp songs, so i put them out. Battle Standard will covered their one song here called 'Make A Stand', in their split with Bail Up, 'On The Rampage'.

Breakout

English band Strikeforce UK after changing all members except vocalist/guitarist and their name to Breakout, they continue. Listen some good songs of them here

Oiccident

First all, introduce your self's, ages, jobs, role in your band, your hobbies.
Oiccident is currently 2 main members: one singer, 23years old, who writes the lyrics and work as deliveryman, and one who play and makes the music, 28 years old, working in computer stuff. For the album, the drummer from Choc Frontal joins us and records the drums (we use a beat box before). We started to record stuff back in 2006, even though we spoke about making a band for a long time before. We are in the skinhead things for some years now. We like our history of our land, town, Europe, etc. We like going out in the country, visiting castle and other historical place. We love nature and animals, but we hates hippies of all kind! We are very proud of our town and region.

Your band's name has something to do with occident who gives to us the Oi! sound?
That's it. We were looking for a name that wasn't too "violent", something serious but not too much. We also wanted something that sound "old school", here we first heard of R.A.C band as simple Oi! band. That's how we added Oi! to occident, and it's a little bit more fun than just occident. We are funny people in real life!

Describes us your music style and meaning, subjects of your lyrics.
We can say we play rock, from basic punk and Oi! to metal, trying ska, or some kind of dark stuff. It's important to us to have a simple sound, not too loud / heavy, with a good bass (which is nowadays sometimes too much in the background). The lyrics are political. We want to share our idea, without being rude, or too violent. We try as much as we can to stay "real", and sing what we like to heard. We spoke about our heroes (of course), the story of Europe, immigration, 2nd world war and 3rd Reich. We try to make smart lyrics (as much as we can), to make people understand our point of view, even if sometimes we are more provocation. We have also songs that are more personal or funny.

What about new bands in France and which cities are stronger and numbered under our flag? I thing France after some quiet years are back again in R.A.C scene, you agree? What can you tell us about this?
It seems that they are a lot of bands (new, but also old one likes Bagadou Stourm, Frakass, Lemovice, etc), and a lots of new records! It's great to see a lot of new stuff, it allow other band, like us, to make things too. In the early 2000 the scene seemed a bit empty as you said. Some band are also coming back, or trying, like Bunker 84, unfortunately the gig was cancelled. Bands comes from everywhere, we don't think that's there is a city stronger, in band count, than another. But of course they are cities with more Skinhead from our side than other.

Music influences, best bands and best gigs you watch till now? What about other music interest out from Oi! and R.A.C scene?
We liked a lot of different band, to name a few: Exploited (by far the best punk band ever!), Manowar (king of metal, we want to make a cover in the future), Komintern Sect and all other band from chaos production, L’Infanterie Sauvage, Legion 88, Bunker 84, Totenkopf, No Remorse, Honor, Bagadou Stourm, Ultime Assaut, and a lot of other! Our best gig was Exploited here in 2003. Yes it's a punk band, but we were really amazed how good they were on stage. Unfortunately we didn't attend big R.A.C gig yet. We hope to in the future, and play too!

You had always immigrant problem and I remember the riots made by blacks before some years. What happen these days? How is the situation?
As we said in the chorus of one of our song: "We are living in a nightmare, we are living in hell, and someday we will have to fight". The riot which took place in November was because 2 smart die in an electrical transformer. They hide in it because they were chased by the police. If you don't know that electricity can kill, it's not unfair, it's natural selection. When you leave in a cultural desert, and people like lefties at the government say you can complain about it, that's it's not your fault, then you can think if you get killed by electricity, it's because you leave in a country that don't like you, and is of course, racist. After that they start to burn cars, etc, for some night, and then get too tired. Police can't do anything here, nobody can. This was amplified by foreign media even if from here it looked liked terrifying, it wasn't really. That kind of people are not very brave, and nothing make them very dangerous alone, unfortunately they are always a lot.

Your opinion about: JNR and Bat-skin / Le Pen / wines made in France (you prefer beer)?
The JNR was the first, and the most famous skinhead crew in France (TV show etc). They looked strong and terrifying. Batskin is known for speaking very well, he know what to say, and how to say it. He was from Paris, at a very different time, he was more nationalist, when we like WWII stories.

Le Pen: in France he is the "evil", but from our point of view he is not so strong.

French wines: There are a lot of different one, some are very good! They are a good advertise of French culture! Almost everywhere in France there's a kind of wine, it's nice. Of course we liked beer, but as we get older, we drink less and less!

What you know about my country Hellas? Your opinion about Glory Days?
We learn about Hellenic Mythology at school! So we know a lot about that, Gods, battle, etc. We love Glory Days of RAC, because it's full of very hard to find stuff. Old bands demo, video, pictures! It's really great, as we love that kind of stuff, even if sometimes the sound is pretty bad, some of those are really wonderful (like the demo of Cockney Molotov by Geno!). And that's really nice to make all this available to anyone on your blog!

Your music plans, gigs, releases e.t.c?
We first make a demo, with a beat box, which isn't release, but was used to find a label. Most of the song from the demo, will be on our first album, produced by TB records. We're working on it, we hope to release it soon! Everything is almost recorded, it took us a lot more time than we first though! We have other project, but we can't say much about it by now. And of course we hope to make a gig too! But we need to find 1 or 2 more members for that.

In your country you have a very strange phenomenon. Dumbo the Jewish elephant man! What can you tell us about psychiatric cleanings there are so free who live on the streets persons like him or he just another chicken-skin without personality who follow the waves (R.A.C, RASH, SHARP, apolitical and...Talmud)?
He seems to be the kind of guy that follow the other, without understand anything. In the ‘80’s he shouldn't be the only skinhead to be a Nazi without understanding it. As you know he is not very smart! He now seems to be some kind of Jewish nationalist, SHARP... it's complicated, he need a psycho therapy. We don't know him (and don't want to), he doesn't look really dangerous, like all SHARP.

Thank you very much! Last words?
Thanks to you, heil to glory day and long life! Best regards from France! 88

Vicious Rumours

Political they have nothing to say but vocalist/guitarist John Mundy was a member of British Movement and the band besides Oi! gigs support also many times R.A.C bands as they had a very good relationship with Public Enemy and R.A.C skins, played in gigs together with P.E., Brutal Attack and many others. Two interviews, 3 unreleased practice songs of 1983 and the 3 last of the band recorded in 2001 for compilation. Check out also their video from their famous song 'This Is Your Life' taken from Oi! The Video and you can hear also the too much similarity between this song and 'Back With A Bang' of Skrewdriver. Both songs released in 1982 and i dont know who influence who! Great Oi! band anyway and they have the guts to play together with R.A.C bands, so if you dont have their two full works: 'Anytime Day Or Night' & 'The Sickest Men In Town', go get them! I upload on youtube this rare full video of the band play a gig in famous 100 club back in 1983. Thanks to Steve who send me this video!

In 1986 make a few gigs more, Steve came in the bass for a while but soon they split up. Here one demo song (you can find another one on famous No Surrender V/A) and two live songs taken from a gig in 1985. Other songs of them was ‘Sieg Heil’, and ‘Free To Lie’.
